I just wanted to thank the entire staff at Rick's Auto Care for the professional work you all do to keep all my vehicles on the road. My '07 Montego runs like a new car now. You guys are the best! Thank you so much Rick, Jasper, Mark, Ed, & everyone for fixing all my vehicle issues. It's hard to find quality mechanics today, because they all work at Rick's. Been coming here many years & will continue to do so. Thanks again everyone.

I've been taking all my vehicles to Rick's for many years now but this time they went over & beyond their customer service. I already had my Chevy Cruze there for scheduled service when my other vehicle decided it would not start here at home. Rick arranged to have it towed to their shop when the Chevy was ready so I had a vehicle to use. When my other vehicle was fixed I went to pick it up & upon driving home I noticed that the windshield had a huge crack in it. I brought it back & showed it to them & after discussing what to do about it (they had just inspected it & it had passed inspection) Rick decided to pay for the new windshield. Rick arranged everything & I have a new windshield now. I was totally blown away by this as I have never had that level of customer service ever. Rick, Jasper, Mark, Ed, & the entire staff are the best. They always keep my cars on the road. This is my car repair home. Thanks so much again guys for the superb customer service.

We received not only #1 service, but also kindness & sincere concern while our vehicle was being serviced. We felt this from the crew as well. I was glad that we were towed to Rick's Auto Care b/c they would be closed for the weekend which gave me an extra day to spend with our family who we were on our way to visit in Haymarket.

I stopped by Rick's during the snow last week because my oil pan shield was dragging on the ground. Even though the sign said they were closed, they helped me. I went back yesterday to have a new shield installed. I think I've found my new home to work on my car. The customer service and the work are the best! Just moved in the area. Called Rick's Auto for Safety Inspection. Spoke to Jasper and he advised me to be there at 7:50am to fill out the paperwork and he could do the inspection at 8am, when they opened. Outstanding service, they did the Safety Inspection and I was out of there at 8:30. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, specially Jasper. Will take all my autos there for maintenance and service.

Rick, Jasper, Mark, & staff, Just wanted to let you all know about the fantastic job you all did on my '92 Ford E-150 Mark III van. It literally runs and sounds brand new. The engine is so quiet I can barely hear it. The hesitation when you give it throttle is gone and everything is performing as it should now. Thanks again for keeping all my vehicles running great. My family just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Rick's. The 1st one is still running strong . We noticed a Explorer on the lot that was clean and runs smooth. And the price was more than reasonable we could not pass it up. Perfect vehicle for our daughter who will be commuting to school.

Brought a new exhaust system to be installed in my '96 Toyota Tercel, and the service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and loved their office dog Lucy. :) Would definitely recommend to anyone and will plan to use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about Rick's Auto Care. Today I started my vacation only to have my car stop moving on the way to Skyline Caverns. Rick's set up a tow and were able to repair my car quickly. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with them, and if I lived here I'd without hesitation use them EVERYTIME I needed auto service. We were on vacaton, and about an hour from Front Royal we heard a grinding noise. The next morning we brought our Sorento to Rick's, explained the problem, and that we were on vacation. They got us right in, let us know the problem, and ordered the parts. They made the repairs the following morning. All around excellent staff and service.
